Bridesmaid Aqua Orange Floral

~Nothing to Disclose~

Good Morning! I am plain out exhausted from this past weekend. My brothers wedding went over great and then my sister got engaged! So I have done lots of celebrating this weekend. I just have a quick picture to show you my mani from my brothers wedding.

Zoya floral aqua polka dots

As you can probably guess the wedding colors were aqua and orange. It was also a garden wedding so the flowers were perfect for the occasion!
Hope everyone else had an amazing holiday weekend!

Essence Floral and Stripes

~Press Sample~

Hello my long last nail polish lovers. I guess I have been gone for awhile now... and should give an explanation. I had a nail break (pointer finger) and also just lost inspiration for doing my nails. Life events happen which left me in a slump. I am hoping to get back into nails full force soon, till then I will have a few posts thru out the weeks. Today I have some nail art done with Essence polishes that I received for review. I really was inspired by the colors to do this floral stripe design.

BPS Hollowed Rose Nail Decor Pieces, Review

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png

Happy Monday Morning lovelies. I hope everyone had a fun weekend, I am (like always) sad to see it end. I do have a cute mani to share with you today tho, it is a review for these adorable rose nail decor pieces shown below. These are from the Born Pretty Store.

When I first got these I was shocked how small and danity they are. I am very pleased with how many you receive also. Below is how I wore these roses.

 Only: Minds Eye
Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep
Pueen 73

Of course a macro to see the detail of this nail decoration.

I applied these roses the same as other studs, and since these lay flat on the nail you don't have to worry about them catching onto anything. These are made of a thin wire material so you can bend them to fit the curve of your nail.

You can find these adorable rose nail decor pieces here for only $3.18. They come in gold and silver and they have different styles also . The Born Pretty Store really has so much to offer in nail art items, they also offer free International shipping. Make sure to use my coupon code below for 10% off!!

Morning lovelies! My mani today turned into something I wasn't even planning. I was trying to do a twist on the ruffian mani but decided to turn it into flowers.

My Favorite #31DC2013 Mani

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Can you believe it, finally the last day of the 31 Day Challenge!! I am so happy to finally be able to give my nails a break, and have more time for other crafts. Plus it is now October, this year has flown by! For my mani today I was inspired by Wacky Lacki Day 14 flower mani.

Color Club: Poetic Hues and Take me to Your Chateau
Lime Crime: Parfait Day and Creme de Limon
Orly: Charged Up and Jet Black

This was a fun mani to recreate, I think Wacky Laki did a much better job tho. I am so proud of myself for getting thru and completing my first 31 Day Challenge! Congrats to others who completed this challenge as well :D

Emerald and Royal Blue Dot Floral

 photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png

Phew that was a lot of swatching the last three days! I bet you are ready for some nail art using the three new collections. I noticed a few colors that were common in the collections and this is what I thought of to try and combine them.

Zoya: Neve, Giovanna, Hunter, Sailor, Chita and Sunshine

I really like the combination of these three polish finishes. Textured dots is also a lot of fun to feel on your nails :D It's sort of hard to see the flowers in this design, but I like how that adds to the design.

Floral Matching Glitter

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Happy Monday lovelies! Hopefully everyone had a fun weekend, we had rainy weather so I had all my fun inside. Today I have a mani that I matched some floral to my glitter. Chalkboard Nails did this last week and it is genius! I went thru my glitters and found a gorgeous one that I haven't even used yet!

Hard Candy: Pee Wee Purple
Sally Hansen: Brisk Blue
Lime Crime: Parfait Day
Sinful Colors: White on White
Elixir Lacquers: Elixiversary

I recently got a Macro lens for my phone, and wanted to try it out with this glitter, so here is an extra pic!

I really love the combination of purple, blue, and pink. Having the glitter to work off of was great inspiration! Pee Wee Purple is also an amazing purple polish, it is super shiny. Have a great work week!

Teal Holo with Flowers

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Today ladies I have the most gorgeous polish I have seen in awhile, plus super cute floral nail art. A while ago LA Girl came out with some 3D Effects that look alot like the Ornate Collection from Zoya with scattered hologram. Since I loved Aurora from that collection I wanted to check out the other colors LA Girl is offering and feel in love with the teal. Here is a gorgeous swatch, nail art is below.

LA Girl: Teal Dimension

This polish has so much depth to it, applied so easily with only two coats. Did you grab any of the LA Girl 3D Effect polishes?

China Glaze: I'm With the Lifeguard
Rue 21: 136 (Cotton Candy Sent)
Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep

Isn't this just super adorable, I love the neon green how it pops but still coordinates. I was totally inspired by this mani. As you can see I am slowly trying to get into using more neon's, since after all it is almost officially summer!
