Pattern Half Moon Mani

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Morning, we have another cold morning today. I am really over winter and I know I have at least one more month of it :( It is hard to be inspired to do my nails when all I want to do is wrap up in a blanket all night. My mani today is rather simple with stamping and half moon design. I am not sure why I do half moon designs anymore, I am not a fan of how they look on my nails.

NYC: Water Stree
Milani: Black Swift

I originally choose to do this design since I wanted to use my glequins. I do like how they outline the moon shape.
How do you stay inspired to do your nails?

BPS Black Cat Water Decal, Review

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png

Morning Lovelies, I have a review of some water decals from Born Pretty Store today. They are Halloween designs that I wanted to use from my Halloween Mani but received them a day late.

I choose to use the black cat design since it is the least halloweeny

NYC: Sidewalkers
Sally Hansen: Lick-O-Rich

These were my first water decals from the Born Pretty Store and I have to say the application was wonderful. I am a huge fan of how easy you can get such cute designs on your nail with these water decals.

You can find these and many other Halloween decals here. You get one sheet for only $2.86, they also have many different designs not just halloween. The Born Pretty Store really has so much to offer in nail art items, they also offer free International shipping. Make sure to use my coupon code below for 10% off!!

Movember with Amazon Romwe, Review

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png

Good Morning, hope everyone had a great weekend. Can you believe that it's already November? Winter is on it's way :( Today to celebrate movember I have a review of a mustache sweatshirt by Amazon Romwe. Of course I just had to matched my nails to this stachey pattern :D

Sinful Colors: White on White and Black on Black
NYC: Sidewalkers
China Glaze: Recycle

You can find this sweatshirt here. I had no issues ordering from Romwe Amazon, the shirt arrived about a week earlier than my predicted delivery date. It was packaged well so the shirt wouldn't get damage. This shirt fit great, thanks to the measurement provided I knew a large would be perfect. This is a great quality sweatshirt, super comfy :)

I have worn this sweatshirt plenty of times already and always get compliaments on the design. It is perfect for movember!!

Glequin Halloween Skittle

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Good Morning, how was everyone's weekend? Are you ready for some halloween mani's for this week :D Today I have a super shiny skittle halloween design. Check in out below.

L'oreal: Jet Set to Paris
Zoya: Livingston
NYC: Orange Traffic Jam
China Glaze: Liquid Leather
Sation: Strumming my Nails
Cheeky Jumbo 6

I really love how sparkly this mani is, perfect to brighten up spooky halloween designs. It's hard to see the witches and moon stamped on the pointer finger. My favorite nail is defiantly the pinky with the spider web design.

Scarecrow, Revisted

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Good Morning, for a fall design today I decided to redo my scarecrow mani from last year. I saw the patch design on the new bundle monster set and thought it would be perfect.

 Zoya: Flynn and Louise
Color Club: Almost Famous and Style Icon
China Glaze: Liquid Leather
NYC: Traffic Jam Orange
Revlon: Varnished
Orly: Crisp White and Jet Black

I can really tell how my skills have improved from looking at this mani and my last year mani. I also like the leave nails. It was a process using a single leaf stamp with different colors to create the full nail look, but totally worth it!

Fall Skittlette

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Good Morning, who is excited for this work week? Ha who am I kidding. I have a fun fall skittlette that I wore this past weekend to share with you today.

OPI: Womans Prague-ative
Zoya: Livingston, Pepper, and Avery
NYC: Orange Traffic Jam

It's hard to see the leaves on my pointer and middle finger. I did a saran wrap mani underneath them and seems the red blends in with the orange. In person you can see the leaves much better. I also love the blingy ring finger :D

Supernatural 31DC2013 Mani

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Happy Sunday, this is another post I wrote ahead of time. I will be busy coming home from bacherlotte party today and than later going to a cider mill with family so I did these nails ahead of time. The theme today is inspired by the Supernatural... how does the supernatural inspire one? I decided the best way to portray this was with a simple stamped ghost mani.

China Glaze: Recycle
Manglaze: Hot Mess
Sinful Colors: White on White and Black on Black
BM223 and Mash 38

Surprisingly I actually love this mani. I think the matte sparkly is what does it for me. This would make a great Halloween mani! Only 2 days left!!!

by Artwork 31DC2013 Mani

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Hooray for Friday and the weekend! I am really excited for this weekend and also am loving my mani today. We are to choose a piece of art to inspire us for today's challenge. I did a lot of Google searching and was waiting for something to catch my eye. I finally found this beautiful abstract painting and knew I had to recreate it. Check it out below.

Zoya: Micky, Mira, Livingston, Josie, Sharon, and Kendal
Color Club: Most Famous and Wild Cactus
L'oreal: Jet set to Paris and After Hours
Sally Hansen: Brisk Blue
NYC: Traffic Jam Orange
Sinful Colors: Black on Black

It is safe to say I have used the most colors in this mani than ever before. All I did for this mani was use the polishes brushes with barely any polish and dab it all over. I obviously at the end did a splatter with black and left it without top coat to save the texture look. This is my favorite mani from the whole challenge so far. :D

Orange 31DC2013 Mani

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Happy Labor Day, I hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend. I have today off then its back to work tomorrow. Second challenge mani today, theme being orange. I was very uninspired for this mani in fact I wish I didn't have to share this one.. nonetheless mani below.

Jessie G: 9 to 5 and Tangerine Dream
NYC: Traffic Jam Orange

Well I do like the pinky nail, I probably should of done that on the pointer and middle finger. Have you ever done a mani and realized what you could of done to make it better afterwards?
