Good Morning and happy Thursday! Today is like a Friday to me, since I have tomorrow off. I am so excited for this weekend I just know today is going to go slow. I at least have this hologram mani to stare at all day!

I took the photo below with my phone, this is how it looks under the lights at my work, pretty amazing right!?

Color Club: Blue Heaven
Mundo 4

Graduation Nails

~Nothing to Disclose~

Good Morning! I am in a great mood today, the sun is shining and all week temps are suppose to be warm. Also this weekend is my brothers wedding!! I still have to get thru this week tho, and lets start it off with some festive graduation nails. Two of my younger cousins graduated High School and knew I wanted to create a mani just for them.

 BM-H23

I did this mani at my parent's so I forget to write down the colors. It's always crazy seeing how fast my cousins are growing up, plus it's weird that I have now been graduated from High School for 5 years! Time sure does fly!

Cosmic Butterflies

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Hi Ladies, my mani today is a quick stamping design. I recent;y bough my first Polish Me Silly polish and was super excited to try it out. I decided to add some cute butterflies on top with one of my new Mundo stamping polishes.

Polish Me Silly: Cosmic Kisses
China Glaze: VIII
Mundo 16
Cheeky Jumbo 9

Below is a swatch of Cosmic Kisses on it's own, you can see the shift from  red/purple to blue :D

This is by far the best Duochorome polish I have and I love that it has sparkle with it. I will defiantly be grabbing more of Polish Me Silly polishes in the future.

Gradient Satin Stamping

 photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Wahooo its almost Friday!! This work week hasn't been to bad so far, but I am excited to have a weekend off with no plans :D My mani today is using all of the Zoya: Satin colors to stamp with. I am very pleased with the results, check it out below!

Zoya: Farrah, Mason, Claudine, Channing, Neve, and Giovanna
Cheeky Jumbo: Happy Nails

As you can see I had a few issues with my stamper, but that wasn't caused from the polish. They do stamp a little lighter than their opacity color and you loose the metallic finish. These will be fun to use with corresponding colors.

When the Sun is Shinning, Stamp Sunglasses.

 photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png

Today I wanted to quickly share with you the mani I sported for my camping trip. I wanted to still work with the three new Zoya collections and decided to try stamping with a Satin polish. I have one picture to share how it turned out below.

Zoya: Sunshine, Neve, Flynn
Cheeky Jumbo: Tropical Holiday

Neve worked surprisingly well to stamp with. I will be trying the other's from the satins collection for tomorrow's mani. I enjoyed having sunglasses on my nails for my sunny weekend camping. Although this stamp does look alittle funny from the opposite direction.

31 DC: Day 14, Stamping, Pooh Bear

I am super excited for today's 31 day challenge of stamping. I showed on my Facebook awhile back that I got a stamping plate that was pooh bear themed. When I was young I loved pooh and collected many items with pooh on them. This is why I am in love with today's mani!

Color Club: Most Famous
butter LONDON: Pillar Box Red
Sinful Colors: Black on Black
QA3

I kept the design pretty simple since I mostly wanted to capture pooh and that is with his face and red for his shirt. I just love to look at the pooh face, he is so cute! I wish the stamping plate had something with honey tho, it seems like that is a pretty big signature item for pooh bear! Who is you favorite character from your childhood?

31 DC, Day 10: Geometric

Today's theme for the 31 Day Challenge is Geometric. I did a pretty easy mani for this theme because I love all the geometric design that my stamping plates have and wanted to use one of my untried designs.

Revlon: Blue Slate
Color Club: Blue Heaven
CH13

I just had to use a hologram to stamp with also it makes stamping designs just that much more intricate :) Can't wait to see what the others have done, check out below!

Matte Gradient with Stamping

Yay it's Friday!! I hope your morning wasn't has snowy as mine, woke up to about 3 inches of snow. Just when I thought the last snow fall would be the last :( Today I am digging out some matte polish. Awhile ago I got my first manglazes and I realized the one's I got look good together. What better way to combine two colors than a gradient!

Man Glaze: Lesbi-honest and Fatty's Got More Blood.

I love how subtle the gradient is, I added my third man glaze for a little sparkle and stamped for some nail art.

 Man Glaze: Hot Mess
 Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep
 BM-318.

This is a simple design and it looks so pretty!! I think I will play around with matte's more often. The only thing sad about matte's is they chip faster cause no top coat, but the effect is so pretty!

Stamping Sunday: Crazy Neons

I hope everyone is having a great weekend, I know I am sad that it is already Sunday! I recently joined a new group Adventures in Stamping and choose to participate in their Stamping Sunday event. We voted for our theme and crazy neon's won! I also recently bought some flocking powder that was on clearance and it happened to be neon's so I choose to incorporate them!

Studio M: Neon Green Light and Neon Pink
piCture pOlish:Violet Femme
NYC: Water Street Blue
Mash-48
Flocking Poweder

I have to say these are some bold nails, It kind of looks weird... It was still a lot of fun to make and can't wait for more neon's coming this summer! Enjoy the rest of this beautiful Sunday!

Polish Days: Back to Nature

Second mani for the day is for the monthly Polish Days, this month's theme is Back to Nature. Since ground hog day was last Saturday and we are suppose to have an early spring I based my design off of that. I especially didn't want to do snow or rain since I have seen enough of it lately, here in Michigan.

Zoya: Bevin, Shawn, Mira, and Renee
 CH7, Mash-28, BM-225
butter LONDON: Matte Effect

I can't to be able to see this kind of Nature out my window again. Eventho this winter really hasn't been to severe I am already over it. Make sure to check out all the other participant's below!!

Valentine Nail Art Challege: Hearts

Today I am doing the second challenge for Valentine theme and it is hearts. I knew I wanted to use stamps since I have sooo many heart designs that I never use, and it was hard to decide.

My base color is Zoya: Shelby, stamped with Konad special white on plate BM-317 add some heart shaped glitters and top coat of Out the Door.

This was a quick mani since I had a busy weekend and was doing it while watching the Superbowl. I think it is a cute dainty design. Make sure to check out the other participants below!!

Simple Elegant Mani

Today I wanted to share with you my mani I wore to a friends wedding last weekend. I wore a pretty simple dress so I stayed simple with my mani as well. My dress was a dusty rose lace top with black skirted bottom.

Base color is Zoya: Kennedy, used NYC: Sidewalkers, and Konad Special black on plate BM-3137, with Northern Lights top coat.

Surprisingly I was totally obsessed with this mani, I really love the tiny bows! The colors went perfect with my dress and the wedding was beautiful!

Holographic Holidays: Holiday Traditions

For today's post I have my take on Holographic Holiday Traditions! For my mani today I am using the HD plate series that just arrived last friday. My traditions are Christmas Lights, Baking, and Christmas Tree.
Base color is butter LONDON: Pillar Box Red than I applied Spectraflair and used plates HD07, 08, 10 with Konad Special White, to finish it off I applied another coat of Spectraflair :)
I choose these three traditions for my mani because they are my absolute favorite things about Christmas! When I lived at my parents I would always want to help my dad with putting the lights on the house. Baking to me and my siblings is one of our favorite traditions, every year we try out different recipes. Lastly of course who doesn't like decorating the Chirstmas tree!
Make sure to check out the other ladies who participated.

Welcome to another day of Winter Holiday Challenge, for today's theme we have gingerbread man and candy canes :) I really wasn't quite sure of what to do for this theme, but I am happy with what I ended up with :)
I started with two coats of Zoya: Blaze, I taped off diagonal lines with laser tape and used China Glaze: White on White to create white lines. Then I used Konad Special White and plate  I stamped the gingerbread man stamp for an accent. Top coat of Out the Door.
Special pic of Zoya: Blaze two coats, if you have yet to see the brilliance of this polish :)
I can't wait to see everyone else's interpretation for today's theme, make sure to check them all out below!

Today's mani is a simple stamping with french tip. It turned out looking kind of Christmas like, but I still love it. This gets me super excited for more Holiday theme mani's!
I started with one coat of China Glaze: Merry Berry, the sparkle is OPI: Excuse Moi, for stamping I used Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep on plate CH13. Top coat of Out the Door.
Are you getting excited for Christmas!?!

Flowers in the Indian Ocean

Back to our regualr scheduled program :) Although I still have a head cold I managed to do my nails today, and check out my new nubs. I actually did these cause I was getting sick with the length of my nails, always fun to try something new!
I have a gorgeous duochrome/glass flaky polish for you today! It was super hard to photograph you will have to trust me when I say it is out of this world! When the light hits this polish it radiates a pink shimmer with the light blue base. It is a very sheer polish that probably looks good over many different colors.
Shown above is three coats of Models' Own: Indian Ocean top coat of Out the Door. Than I added stamping with Color Club: Take me to Your Chateau, stamping plate BM-306.
This is such a cute mani! The pink shows thru and the light blue blends in with the light blue base of Idian Ocean. My pictures really don't give this polish justice, you know a polish is beautfiul when you can't capture it on camera :)

Accent Spider and Web

Today I have another halloweeny mani, I bought this gorgeous pastel/creamy orange and immediately knew I had to use it in a Halloween mani :) The brand is new to me, I found it at Rite Aid. Check it out.
Base color is two coats of Julie: 9 to 5 (possibly color name), using stamping plate BM- 13 I stamped the spider web with Kleancolor: Metallic Orange, and the spider with Konad Special Nail Polish: Black. For the remaining fingers I used plate: Mash-38 with Metallic Orange. Top coat of Out the Door.
I love how the two oranges look together, I don't think I have ever worn orange nails before. I choose to do only an accent spider nails since I think having them all would be to busy. The full stamp design is possibly an animal print?? I just thought it looked spooky which is what Halloween is about!

Diamonds and Stamping

I got my Birchbox last week and in that I got a cute little sample of one of the new Color Club Birch Box line, they made 4 named after social media sites, to buy one of them visit there site here.
The one I got is called Insta-This, it only took one medium coat for full coverage. Top coat of Out the Door. This is a bright pigmented blue, very fun color. I added some stamping and glitters to make a fun design.
I stamped with Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep, Stamping plate is BM-209, and the glitters I got at the Dollar Nail Art Store, they are silver diamonds. Here is a bonus pics in the sun.
This mani was awesome! It is so shiny I had a fun time starring at my nails whenever possible.
Did you get a birchbox this month, if so what color did you get?

Violet Femme and Stamping

More fun with my new piCture pOlish! I was really excited to get this purple, since I am a huge purple lover I immediately knew I had to get this vibrant almost neon dark purple :) It might even be my favorite out of all eight.
Two coats of Violet Femme was perfect application, top coat of Out the Door.
Than I added a fun stamp on top of Violet Femme using piCture pOlish: Sparkle and plate: BM-322.
I love the turn out of this polish! I am very excited to have this polish in my stash and am positive that I will have many design to come with it.

Stamping over Holos (pic heavy)

This mani is one of my new favorite design for nails. Since I was able to stamp with Orly on my last mani I wanted to try out other colors that would work with stamping. Than I thought about stamping over holo's, and since I don't own many holo's I used spectraflair to create my own holo.
I started with one coat China Glaze: Mediterranean Charm, than I added one coat of spectraflair. Stamping with Mediterranean Charm I used plate BM-323. Top coat of Out the Door.
I got many pictures to try and capture all the angles of the sun hitting it and show how the stamp pops off of the background.

This is how it looks in the shade/normal lightning
I love this effect! It is subtle since it is the exact same color on top of each other with only spectraflair in between and it doesn't warp the base color.
