Freehand Herringbone

~nothing to disclose~

It's finally Friday! Have you ever noticed how bad I always want the weekend? lol It's only going to  get worse when it's summer time too. Now for my mani today, I attempted free handing herringbone pattern. I had help doing this from two pins, you can view here and here. I had to use both together since I felt like one missed a step and the other was more clear. Nonetheless it turned out, check it out below!

After getting the hang of free handing the herringbone it actually is simple. I thought these two colors look so cool together, they are actually both striping polishes.
Have a wonderful weekend!

BPS Seashell Stud, Review

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png

Morning lovelies! I some super cute seashell studs from the Born Pretty Store to review today. I feel like this mani describes exactly where I wish I could, the Beach! I do have to apologize for the weird colored pictures, I was trying to get the most accurate color depiction. It's a very neon coral and my camera did not capture that at all. The second photo is the closet to most accurate.

Color Club: Reign in Spain
piCture pOlish: Sparkle
Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep
Cheeky Jumbo 2

As you can see there are two different sizes of the seashell stud. I just adore the smaller ones which are 3mm even the 5mm ones fit on the nail well. I applied with nail glue and top coat on top, these babies aren't going anywhere!

You can find these seashell studs here for only $1.99. They come in gold and silver in both the 3 and 5mm. The Born Pretty Store really has so much to offer in nail art items, they also offer free International shipping. Make sure to use my coupon code below for 10% off!!

Teal Puzzle Pieces

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Happy Friday!! Man I am so happy it's finally Friday, I can't really complain since I had a snow day Monday, but this week has dragged on. My mani today is an advanced approach to the puzzle design. I thought it would be neat to have pattern puzzle pieces so I did some stamping than free handed the puzzle design.

Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep

This was rather hard to get a good puzzle image. Overall I am happy with how it turned out, next time I might try to use a more opaque polish since filling in the pieces took a few coats.
Have a wonderful weekend :D

Textured Sweater

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Good Morning! Boy it is a frigid morning here in Michigan, 7 below! This means it is thick sweater season and my nails agree! I also have my first Dance Legend Polish to share today. I was good this year and only bought myself two polishes for Christmas, plus they were 40% off so I just couldn't say no.

Dance Legend: White Noise
Sinful Colors: White on White
Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep
China Glaze: Liquid Leather

Below is a bonus macro of this gorgeous texture. It is hard to see the silver glitter but trust me this one shines!

The other Dance Legend I bought was a thermal, and will have to wait till summer to wear since it is just to cold to change colors :( Have you gotten any of these gorgeous Dance Legend Polishes?
Have a great weekend!!!

Black, Tree and Presents

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

It is officially a week till Christmas! My mani today is a tad different then your cheerful red, green, and white Christmas mani. I recently bought one of the new Sally Hansen Suedes and really wanted to try it out so I decided to do a dark/black Christmas design.

Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep and Silk Onyx
Butter London: Matte Finish
Ulta: No named
Cheeky Jumbo 6

I still incorporated a little red and green on my ring and middle finger with the ulta polishes. I also really enjoyed this Sally Hansen Suede, it has a gorgeous shimmer!
How do you feel about this darker Christmas mani?

Stripping Brush Designs, Skittle Mani

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Good Morning! Hope you all had a great weekend, mine was semi busy with family Christmas parties. I am super excited for this work week to be over with already, cause I will then get 12 days off :D My mani today I did all my favorite designs using stripping brush into one skittle mani, on top of a gorgeous texture polish.

Sally Hansen: Cinny Sweet
Orly: Crisp White and Platinum Silver

I really loved these colors together, this is one of the new sugar shimmer polishes. Sally Hansen really has done a great job with staying ontop of the texture trend this year.
