Pastel Easter Eggs

 ~nothing to disclose~

Morning! I have my first Easter mani today, I can't believe it's already Easter this weekend. I will probably only have one more themed mani before the holiday. I made some decals with pastel colors for this mani.

Sparitual Floral Decal

~Nothing to Disclose~

Today is officially the first day of spring!! This winter has defiantly been long enough and I can't wait to start seeing the sun everyday. Today I have my first Sparitual polish to share with you. I found this gem at Ulta last weekend and knew I had to have it, considering it is purple and sparkly :D

I also have a bonus macro shot of this matte flakie.

I love the glow that these flakies put off. I am also really pleased with the formula of Sparitual I think I will be grabbing more of their colors soon :D I had fun creating the flower decals also and I can't wait to start seeing flowers bloom outside!

Zoya Matte is Back, Savita

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Morning, today I have the one Zoya Matte Velvet polish I got during their pre order sale. If you didn't hear by now Zoya welcomed back their matte polishes for a limited time.  Ever since I found out about Matte polishes I have wanted this beauty, Savita, so you can imagine my excitement when I received the press release. I was not disappointed at all by this beauty, check her out below.

 Zoya: Savita

After applying Savita I noticed how perfect Carter would go with this polish, so i added some sparkly v tips :D

Zoya: Carter

This mani is pure perfection, by far these two polishes are my favorite purples. You can still get these matte polishes if you missed the pre order price. They have a red, green, black, and this purple, which you can find here.

Matte vs Shiny Squares

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Morning lovelies, I have a mani to share with you today that I did a week or two ago and just found on my usb card. I don't remember exactly what made me think to do this squarish design, but it did turn out kind of neat. I also played with having it matte or shiny, lets see which looks better.

China Glaze: White on White
NYC: Sidewalkers
Zoya: Mira

Now for the Matte Version

butter LONDON: Matte Finish

Hmmmm this is a toughy, I always like white when matte but I think I like the purple being shinny. For me its a toss up, which do you prefer? Have a super awesome weekend!

Sat-ART-Day: Dotting Tools

Today's theme for Sat-ART-Day is Dotting Tools!! I realized when doing this challenge that I barely ever use my dotting tools.  I didn't do anything to complicated which really any mani with dotting tools is pretty easy. If you don't have dotting tools use items like pencil eraser, matches, pins, etc.

Zoya: Kristen and Natty
Butter LONDON: Matte Finish

Simple dots are so adorable! I kind of feel like my nails have chicken pocks, makes me giggle. You can do this with any color combination and I bet you will get lots of compliments! Check out the others dotting tool mani's below!!

31 DC, Day 16: Color Opposites

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png

Back to back challenge posts! Finally half way thru this 31 Day challenge and today's theme is color opposites. I really don't like many of the color opposite pairs, besides green and red but obviously that's christmassy, so I went with purple and yellow!!

I asked on Facebook if you my readers prefer one or more pics per mani and got a great answer that more than one picture can benefit you. I will be adding another photo to my posts at a different angle, let me know how you like it!

Lime Crime: Lavendairy and Crema de Limon
butter LONDON: Matte Effect

Well would you look at that, pastel purple and yellow are actually really pretty together! This is defiantly a springy mani also, and you know how much I die for matte pastels :) Who knew that matte glequins can be so dainty too? This mani is a defiant keeper!

Matted Flakie

Happy Thursday all my lovely readers :) I have a gorgeous mani to share with you today. Recently I have seen a lot of bloggers do this type of mani, and it is absolutely gorgeous! Since you have seen my small obsession with matte's lately I am sure you can understand that I had to give it a try.

OPI: Pamplona Purple
Essie: Shine of the Times
butter LONDON: Matte Effect

Shine of the Times is the only flaky I own if you can believe that I do need to find myself some more before they become too scarce. I love how the matte makes the flaky look 3D and it really makes the shine show. How do you feel about the matted flaky mani's?

31 DC, Day 9: Saran Wrap

Another challenge post today! I made it thru February for this challenge and hoping I wont forget about the rest of it since I already almost missed today's challenge! Mondays aren't my favorite day of the week. Luckily saran wrap mani's are super simple.

Lime Crime: Lavendairy
Hard Candy: Pee Wee Purple
butter LONDON: Matte Effect

I also added a border on my nails since I wanted to spruce the mani up! It is the first time I have done a border and I am iffy on how it looks... maybe its just my nubs. I am totally in love with the shimmer from Pee Wee Purple with the matte effect. Check below for the others saran wrap mani's!!

Matte Gradient with Stamping

Yay it's Friday!! I hope your morning wasn't has snowy as mine, woke up to about 3 inches of snow. Just when I thought the last snow fall would be the last :( Today I am digging out some matte polish. Awhile ago I got my first manglazes and I realized the one's I got look good together. What better way to combine two colors than a gradient!

Man Glaze: Lesbi-honest and Fatty's Got More Blood.

I love how subtle the gradient is, I added my third man glaze for a little sparkle and stamped for some nail art.

 Man Glaze: Hot Mess
 Sally Hansen: Silver Sweep

This is a simple design and it looks so pretty!! I think I will play around with matte's more often. The only thing sad about matte's is they chip faster cause no top coat, but the effect is so pretty!

Happy Valentines Day!

Hooray it's Valentines Day!! For me I am just excited that it's Thursday one more day till the weekend and no more pink mani's! My night plans is to curl up in bed and have a glass of wine, which is like every other night I guess :) To be festive and have an excuse to put hearts on my nails I give you my vday mani!

 Lime Crime: Parfait Day
Orly: Minds Eye
Butter LONDON: Matte Finish

Awww isn't it so cute and dainty? I really am loving matte finishes lately and I find that the butter LONDON doesn't chip to fast! I hope everyone has a great Valentines Day and remember to spend some time with someone you love even if it's just yourself :)

Polish Days: Back to Nature

Second mani for the day is for the monthly Polish Days, this month's theme is Back to Nature. Since ground hog day was last Saturday and we are suppose to have an early spring I based my design off of that. I especially didn't want to do snow or rain since I have seen enough of it lately, here in Michigan.

Zoya: Bevin, Shawn, Mira, and Renee
 CH7, Mash-28, BM-225
butter LONDON: Matte Effect

I can't to be able to see this kind of Nature out my window again. Eventho this winter really hasn't been to severe I am already over it. Make sure to check out all the other participant's below!!
